In order to connect to Admiral or Jinx using SSH or SFTP, your IP address must have a corresponding reverse DNS name. A Reverse DNS record is provided by your Internet Service Provider's DNS server.
If you are unable to connect to Admiral using one of the above protocols, please use the following form to perform a reverse DNS check on your IP address. We ask that you include your Gateway/SSO ID so we can reference this test if you call our office.
